Camp Directors

Stephanie Morawski is in her 11th year as Head Coach of Harvard Women's Swimming. The 2006-2007 team finished second in the Ivy League producing several Crimson swimmers with National level times, thirteen school records and three NCAA qualifiers. A Harvard graduate, Stephanie earned All-American honors and qualified for Olympic Trials in 1988 and 1992 in the 200 breaststroke. Stephanie is also the Cambridge Masters Swim Club Director.

Tim Murphy has led the Crimson to five Eastern Intercollegiate Swimming League championships and a 74-6 record in his first nine seasons as the head coach of the Harvard men's swimming and diving program. His Harvard athletes have garnered All-America honors in 22 individual events and four relays and finished as high as 17th at the NCAA Division 1 Championships. He is a member of the USA Swimming National Team coaching staff, severed on the OIOC committee for USA Swimming, and is on the board of directors for New England Swimming. He has placed athletes on Olympic, World University, Pan-Pacific and Pan-American teams. Before to his arrival at Harvard, Murphy spent 13 years as the head coach of the nationally renowned Wilton YMCA Wahoos in Wilton, Conn. He also works with the Bay and Ocean State Squids club team during the summer.

Roy Coates, Head Coach of Northeastern University Women's Swimming & Diving, has lead the Husky swim team for the last fifteen years. The NU squad has won its conference championships five consecutive times. During Royís tenure, every Northeastern swimming record has been reestablished and the team has qualified athletes for both NCAA and Senior Nationals Championships. Before arriving at NU, Roy was Head Men's Coach at Dartmouth College and Head Coach of North Country Aquatic Club.

General Manager

Michael Morawski, General Manager, is responsible for camp registration (answering questions, collection of fees and necessary forms). He works closely with parents, and oversees our On-site Health Care Supervisor.

On Site Health Care Supervisor

The Technique Swim Camp employs an On-site Healthcare Supervisor who reviews the medical forms to make sure physicals and immunizations are up to date and communicates with our camp doctor at Children’s Hospital regarding medications and emergencies.
