The Technique Swim Camp is open to all student-athletes interested in swimming for recreation or on the club, high school or collegiate level. The Camp is designed to develop the individual swimmer. Experienced instructors serve as role models for our campers, promoting sportsmanship and providing a positive and healthy learning environment, which insures that we have the best program possible.
The specific focus of the camp is on stroke technique, mental discipline, race strategy, and strengthening exercises, while also emphasizing respect, cooperation, and most importantly, the element of having fun while swimming.
Harvard Head Coaches Tim Murphy and Stephanie Morawski, and Northeastern Head Coach Roy Coates are on deck daily and provide underwater stroke critique during the morning video sessions.
For more information on the camp's history, the staff, and the facilities we use, visit our information page.
